1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect

When you send a quote request through the form on this website, we receive the details you enter: your full name, company name, email address, phone number, country, the products, quantities, sizes and colours you are interested in, your preference for logo application any other information you add to the message, and whether you agreed to receive our newsletter.

When you browse the website, our hosting server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This information is needed to deliver the pages to you and to keep the website secure.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

• To answer your quote request, prepare an offer and agree on delivery and payment terms. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To keep in touch with you about your request and any resulting order, and to keep records of our business communication. This is based on our legitimate interest in running and documenting our business (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
• To send you our newsletter with product news and offers, only if you tick the newsletter box in the form. This is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by writing to us.
• To operate the website securely and fix technical problems, based on our legitimate interest in a reliable and protected website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

We send newsletters only to people who have given their consent, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Who receives your data

Your quote request is sent by email to our sales team. We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and handle email, such as our website hosting provider, and only to the extent they need to provide their service. These providers process the data on our behalf and under our instructions.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and your IP address is transmitted to Google. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards it provides for such transfers.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows from it, and afterwards only as long as required by applicable accounting, tax or other legal obligations. Technical server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.

6. Cookies

The website uses only cookies that are necessary for it to work, for example to remember your session settings and protect forms against misuse. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
